Assigning Leave Policy

1. Go to Settings Menu 

2. Go to Leave 

3. Go to Assignment tab

4. Click on Assign Profile 

    After clicking on Assign Profile you will be redirected to the Assign Leave Profile page automatically. 

5. Select the employee name 

      You could select for specific employee name by searching their name in the Search field. 

6. Click on Profile field 

      After you click on Profile field all of the Leave Profile that has been created in the system will be appeared. 

7. Click on Profile field 

     If you would like to assign Customized Leave Profile, you could select Custom in the Leave Profile.

8. Click on Generate 

   The Leave Policy that previously bundled into a Leave Profile will be appeared on the Leave Policy field. Yet, if you select on     Custom as the leave policy you will need to select the Leave Policy that you would like to assign in the Leave Policy field. 

9. Click on Save

      After click on Generate the final step is to save the assignment that you have made. Before click on Save you could see            the preview of Leave Entitlement in the Entitlement preview window.
