1. Go to Settings menu
2. Go to Time Off
3. Go to Assignment tab
4. Search employee name
5. Click edit button to adjust
6. Click edit button on the Time Off Policy you want to adjust
7. Set the Adjustment (Add or Deduct), and set adjusted value
8. Set the Effective Date
Effective Date that you set will determine when adjustment value will affect the balance.
Example = set Effective Date as 1 September 2020, the adjusted balance will affect to the leave balance on date 1 September 2020 onward.
9. Click Save Changes
After that, adjusted balance will be recorded in History table under Employee Profile’s Time Off tab.
