Add New Hire Data

1. Login to HRM People application

2. Tap New Hire menu

3. Tap Add button

4. Fulfill the form based on your new hire employee data


5. Tap Add New Hire


If there is a document or file related to your new hire employee, you can upload it by following steps 6 and 7. But if there is no document or file you need to upload, you can skip these steps by tapping the Back button.

6. Tap Take Picture

7. Tap Upload All Document


If you successfully added new hire data, the data will appear both in HRM People New Hire menu, and in HRM Web New Hire List menu, so your Manager can review the new hire list and decide to approve or reject.
