Approve or Reject The Time Off Request

To make your employee’s time off request appear in your profile, you need to make sure that your name is written as their Manager in their Employee Profile page under Job Information tab.

1. Go to My Profile menu


2. Go to Approval Tab


3. Search employee name
You can skip this step if you want to approve/reject any time off request without filtering a specific employee name.


4. Select the Time Off Request
You can select more than one time off request by ticking the checkbox to do bulk approval/rejection.

5. Click the action


6. Click the Approve or Reject


If you successfully approve or reject the time off request, the status will be automatically updated, both in your Approval tab and in employee’s Time Off tab.

For approved time off request, a time off label will also be automatically created in Attendance Calendar.
