Archive Employee Data

When your employee is resign, move, or not working anymore in the company, you can archive their employee data.

1. Go to Employee List menu


2. Search Employee in Active tab
You can use employee name, employee ID, and employee IC number as the keyword to search.

3. Click Archive button

4. Set Date of Cessation
The cessation date is the last day employee working in your company.
Example:
Employee’s last day work is 29 April 2020, then you can set the cessation date as 29 April 2020.

5. Click Save Changes


The archived employee data will automatically move to Archived tab.
